I thought I should make the first donation, so I have now donated to the fund. Since starting work as a hospital doctor, I have been asked to complete many death certificates. Doctors are always paid for filling in these certificates, which has been a tradition for many years, in order to earn extra money. I felt that it would be nice to donate the money to a charity, and so I have made my first donation from the funds which I have acquired from doing these forms.
